The word Minhyriath was actually invented by the fantasy author J.R.R. Tolkien!
Minhyriath is a land of Middle Earth. Since I have been a huge Tokien fan for more than 15 years and play metal, in February 2007 I decided to launch a side project, along side my band Excelsis!
The posoitive reactions to my music really made me glad. Therefore, I have already 8 songs in pre-production quality.
I am going to write songs till I will have about 15-20 songs.
Then I will take a look around for some musicians and records the best songs properly.
Maybe some of you noticed that I like Middle Age instruments mixed with partly groovy beats, death vocals, fast drum beats and epic choirs.
Of course, every song is about the stories of my idol Tolkien. The stories are mainly taken from the ring saga and the Silmarillion.
