Nightside wurden 1996 in Turku (Finnland) gegründet. Leider hat sich die Band nach dem Release 2001 aufgelöst. Die Members sind heute bei diversen anderen Bands. z.B., Barathrum, Vordven, Uncreation's Dawn, Impious Havoc, Torture Killer oder Arsonist Lodge.
